My basement flooded the other day. I called SERVPRO and they had a team out to my house in 45 minutes. They work fast and efficient. Their team is super professional and polite and made sure that I was satisfied and got what I wanted. 

Recently my husband and I experienced minor, but annoying flood damage in our basement after a recent rain passed through our area. We didn't know about SERVPRO of Council Bluffs until after we searched google. The crew who arrived to our house answered all of our many, many questions then did an excellent job cleaning up our property. If we need someone like that again, we will be calling SERVPRO.
